A unified clinical record with role-scoped access, a scheduling engine aware of clinician availability and room constraints, and billing generated from what actually happened in the visit.

03 — The build

A Node.js API, PostgreSQL with row-level security, an appointment engine with conflict detection, and an audited access log covering every record read.
